What we do
- Project management, scoping, planning, scheduling, and delivery for defined initiatives, from kickoff to close-out.
- Program management, coordinating multiple related projects, dependencies, and stakeholders toward a larger goal.
- Brand & web management, as the parent company, we manage brand, web, and storefront operations for every brand in our family, and can do the same for partners.
