What we collect: information you provide (name, email, shipping/billing address, and payment information processed by our payment provider) and basic device/usage data via cookies and analytics.

How we use it: to process and ship orders, communicate with you, provide support, improve our site, and—if you opt in—send marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising: we use Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google's Ads Settings.

Sharing: only with service providers that help us operate (payments, shipping, analytics, email, advertising) and as required by law.

Your choices: opt out of marketing anytime; request access or deletion by emailing hello@septemberfair.com.

Orders & pricing: we may refuse or cancel orders and correct pricing errors. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Intellectual property: all content, brands, and logos (September Fair, Parks Radar, Channelwake, Legend Heading) are our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability: products and services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, September Fair is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Refund & Return Policy

If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days at hello@septemberfair.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Print-on-demand and personalized items can't be returned unless defective. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our error.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days; print-on-demand items may take longer. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and you'll receive tracking when your order ships. Lost or damaged in transit? Email us and we'll help.
